Other useful weblinks

This page contains links to other websites I have visited on the internet. I found them interesting and useful in my quest for family information.

I have also added information sites kindly posted by Tyrone website members which I hope will assist other researchers in their quest for information.

I hope you find them as helpful as I did.

I am not sure if the History from Headstones site is complete (says launch is end of October) but there are a number of interesting articles - Grange, Badoney and Leckpatrick.

The aim of the site  appears to be to let you search a surname list for free and charge to view the inscription. Pay per view or through UHF membership. I have been a member of UHF for some years and normal access passwords  didn't work. This may be because the site isn't fully functional but I've emailed UHF to check.

It certainly looks useful but those of us with long memories will wonder how much of it benefits from  earlier work published by the late David Todd! " Unquote.
